Beginning April 21, 2025, every member of your team will log in to the QC portal to complete activities using their Alliance login and password - the same email/password combination used to login to the Alliance webpage. Organizations will no longer log in using dedicated QC email accounts from prior years. Please contact qualityconnections@allianceforcareathome.org for assistance with your Alliance member login.

MOE, EGSS, and STAR data can be submitted directly without accessing the Quality Connections portal. To submit survey data, please visit the Alliance Quality Programs webpage.
